JB3 Development Inc was founded by young 12-year-old athlete Jakai Black and his mother Michelle Hyde with the goal of helping other young people and adults have opportunities they otherwise don’t have.

Youth Empowerment
Many young people don’t have the opportunities or ability to partake in sports due to the cost and/or lack of resources. Yet sports provide an array of benefits for both young people and adults such as teach communication skills, time management, commitment, self-motivation, healthy lifestyle and lift self-confidence amongst much more.

Our Goal
JB3s goal is to work with both professional and amateur athletes, professional trainers, educators, sports businesses and the community to provide such opportunities in underserved communities, as well as visiting children’s hospital wards where they are suffering from life-threatening diseases, provide funding for research and scholarships among other activities.
